Testing your home for moisture content and help find the source. Documentation. You will receive the full lab report direct from the lab that consist of identified mold and the quantity. Along with the report will be health concerns that may be associated with any molds that are found in your home. The Lab reports will say yes or no if we have elevated mold conditions compared to the outside and more important they will tell us if we have any toxic mold in the mix this is very important for any litigation for tenant/landlord disputes

Pricing: Home inspection with 2 air samples with the lab reports $239.00 any extra test if we need them will be $20.00 extra per test.
